Strength: Typically 10 mg/vial (5 mg each of cagrilintide and semaglutide) for weekly subcutaneous injection  .

Reconstitution: Instructions from compounding guidelines (e.g. “Cagrilintide + Semaglutide 10 mg blend”) suggest mixing with bacteriostatic water to reach a concentration delivering 2.4 mg of each per dose  .
